« I had such a wonderful experience staying at Luso Hotel! Communication was excellent, with incredibly fast responses and a smooth, easy check-in process. I had made the reservation, but my cousin arrived before me, and the staff made it so easy to accommodate her without any hassle.
A special thank you to Edon, who checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even helping us carry our bags upstairs to our rooms and back down to...

Disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and did not have the ability to swim (which was the reason why I booked the hotel). The electricity kept flickering on and off when in the spa rooms (gave off a kind of creepy vibe). Especially since I was the only one in the area.
Breakfast was good. When it was fresh.
Room was perfect.
Ordered a bottle of wine without knowing the price up front. Came out to 100euro. The wine was delicious however the price was a...
