« Nice and relaxing resort. Staff is friendly and we also got a free upgrade to a room with the garden and hills view. There's a campfire outside the hotel each night. The hotel is about 15 mins drive away from the jiuzhaigou entry and you can easily catch a taxi from there. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. »

« I stayed overnight in order to visit the local panda centre at Dujiangyan.Room was comfortable and the bed was huge.The breakfast choice was a bit overwhelming .I didn't have a chance of trying out the spa.Local policies include a 500 y deposit. The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. They wanted to check my room after asking if I had used any items from the minibar even though I had confirmed that I hadn't...

« Our room was so spacious, had a great view, and the hotel was actually quite a surprise. I wasn't expecting such a large hotel in the Jiuzhaigou Valley. The bathtub looked out onto the room and the pretty view of the mountains. Of course, you could put the privacy blinds down if you wish. The bathroom was huge. We had a step-down sitting area with a fireplace. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They even prepared a little breakfast box for us because we had to leave before the...

« Beautiful peaceful location although a little far from town , with fantastic helpful staff .The rooms were modern and comfortable - especially liked the design of the waterfall shower .Restaurants were a little deserted in the evening .
