« Overall very nice hotel with beautiful location, grounds and facilities. Breakfast very good. The outdoor pool is amazing and you will have it mostly to yourself during the day as Chinese people don't like to get a tan, so they usually only go in it early morning and late afternoon onwards. My wife told me she heard several kids calling their parents stupid for being scared of the sun! Dinner caused a great fuss because we paid for dinner expecting a buffet to be offered, but they didn't offer...

« The DongFengYun hotel is a fantastic hotel in many ways. Extremely good location, very nice and clean rooms and in general a very beautiful hotel. The only few things that was not so good is the level of English spoken by the staff, almost no one can speak more than very basic English. The dinner menu was 5-star, very basic and not very good. How ever the breakfast was very good. Then a last small detail is that you must use a bathing cap to be able to swim in the pool, first time that I have...

« The occasional smoking is a bit odd in such a new property. Otherwise the hotel is pretty nice. The shopping mall near by has good variety of food and shopping. There is also smoking in the mall. Odd but not controlled by the hotel. »
