« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« Cadre très agréable pour le bar et le restaurant. Bonne cuisine. Accès aux chambres du 2me étage un peu compliqué avec des valises.(pas d'ascenseur) . L'emplacement du parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel requiert une explication et un plan à la réception. »

« Très bel hôtel, la chambre mansardée a un charme fou. Petit bémol: prendre une douche dans une salle de bain très mansardée est très sportif. J’ai adoré l’endroit et le personnel était très bien. »

« Great place. Staff are super welcoming and the management have thought of everything to make your stay smooth and cared for. Nice sit out area on the rooms floor overlooking the inn. Great food in the restaurant and they provide a trayed continental breakfast if the standard hours don’t work for your schedule. »

« First visit to this Hotel and I must say how delited I was with the degree of professionalism combined with a friendly genuine welcome from the moment I arrived to leaving. Standard of accommodation was terrific with an emphasis on attention to detail. Would highly recommend the full English breakfast. I'll definitely add this hotel to my favourites list. 10/10 »

« We were there for one night only and wish we were there longer. It was truly an exceptional experience! The service, the food, the room, the setting etc. of the hotel was just absolutely impeccable. We keep thinking when we can go back and stay at least two nights. « The staff and owners were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and the stay included an excellent breakfast with as much coffee (or if you prefer, tea) as needed. »
