Please note there is a little lily pond at the undercover area so please supervise children while outside.

It is a quiet area so no parties, big gatherings or excessive noise. We do respect our neighbours and our wildlife and prefer to keep our place for guests who appreciates these qualities too. No noise after 10pm.

We have a septic tank in place and tank water. Fruit trees on the property are watered by grey water.

BBQ and kitchen appliances must be cleaned after use.
