« We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. »

« the hotel is located close to the airport and offers free drop and pick up. We were staying for a night before our flight so the hotel suited us. Cleanliness was just ok. The breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous even when we told them they need to improve. So looks like it will take some steps to improve. Otherwise our stay was ok. »

« On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful- breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed linen and bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom however could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the air condition did not work. The photos on the internet must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the state of the hotel as it is now »

« The room was not cleaned with urine stains in the toilet seat, the floor was very dirty. I got a new room but the phone was not working, the air conditioner failed on the second night and there were many mosquitoes. »
