« I don’t like they are selling room for single adults. I was book for 2 adults but unfortunately my partner didn’t come they force me to have to have 2 people in room .
So they need to mention on hotel listings. At least someone know they can’t book for one person. Also they are giving only one room key while we are staying 2 adults in room. They said each room has only one key . It’s difficult for me to go out and come back. »

« Nice clean lobby, room, and bathroom. King size bed nicely made. Fresh towels clean. Floors and walls shiny and clean. Coffee/ tea machine in room good quality. Even provided tooth brush and toothpaste.
Hotel location in interior road, approach to the hotel not clean. Shower / bathing area not separated from toilet, making the entire bathroom wet after showering — this is common problem in India. Indians need to recognize that bathrooms should be kept dry »

« This property has a lot of issues like there is no Internet working and when I asked the front desk person, she said the whole town has a Internet issue, which is not true. Also, there is the lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty and locker was not working when I checked in means someone is not make sure before they handed the Room key and the Hot water was coming out in the morning was so low, few times even stopped while I was taking shower.
All these matters I informed to front desk person...

« What I liked
Excellent location — just about 150–200 meters from Rameshwaram railway station, very easy to walk with luggage.
Close to Ramanathaswamy Temple (around 1.5 km), convenient for temple visits.
Rooms with balconies, which is very useful in a pilgrimage town for drying clothes after temple rituals.
Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and AC works well.
Overall a decent 3-star hotel.
In-house restaurant available — breakfast is decent and reasonably priced.

« Access is very dirty. Went to the sister hotel a bit away near the water for fish lunch. Could not order ahead of time, ordered food upon arrival, waited for about 2hrs, but fish did not arrive, complete waste of time and money! Very poor communication and commitment. »
