« The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony...

« Hotel and service were near perfect. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel so I can only make low level recommendations because everything else was done properly. Minor tweaks and changes: I think you should ditch the “fancy” shampoo and conditioner and use something like Head & Shoulders shampoo/conditioner combination—products that you have now destroyed my scalp. « Had a wonderful stay with my family at Moon Beach hotel. Our room was big, clean, with a nice bathroom and a veranda. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and outdoor/indoor pool. Food was delicious, the staff is kind and professional. I just want to mention that the baby chairs at restaurant aren't suitable for infant. »
