« This accommodation was ok but there didn’t seem to be anyone around we were the only people in the restaurant for dinner which was very nice and it was closed for breakfast. Our room whilst ok was under the pool level no view yet it looked like the better rooms were occupied by the staff??? Wouldn’t recommend this »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at The Exchange Hotel, Beaconsfield
We had a fantastic two-night stay at The Exchange Hotel. Gavin, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was excellent, the bed was sooo comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and clean.

« On the day of check-in I contacted the property for check-in instructions and got a reply saying my booking had been cancelled over a month ago, without me having been notified. When contacting hotels.com, I was told this was not correct and that according to their records, my booking had not been cancelled. I am not sure whether this is the fault of hotels.com or the property, but in any case this is extremely unprofessional and very unconvenient for us as we were left without accommodation for...
