« I got the king size bed with jetted tub room. We had four people traveling all together(2 were kids) I put it into the search and that’s the room that popped up and said perfect match, (sounds great to me) the picture showed a couch that pulls out to a bed. When I checked in the lady said sorry, but this is only a two person room and we don’t have any pull away beds and there is no couch in that room. So I told her what I did and the computer picked that room for me. Told me, yea we’ve been...

« The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. The guests in the room next to ours were quite noisy, staying up past 3 a.m.
I also called within the hour after checking out to report that I had left my swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. The man who had been on duty during our stay assured me he would set it aside for me, as I planned to return the following week to pick it up. However, when I came back, the woman on duty couldn’t locate it. Although she kindly called her...

« They lied and said the Hot tub was open, it was closed for 30 days, the pool had a layer of slime from oils of people’s skin, you could not go in it!!! The microwave way filthy inside with a layer of grease, the hair dryer had a slimy goup on the handle and the back was plugged with dust, we had to exchange it. We were very disappointed, the promo on the recording for a stay was so good, we really thought we were going to have a terrific time but we did not. »

« Nous avions notre réservation déjà d'effectuée et à notre arrivée une tornade venait de passer dans cette région. Il n'y avait plus d'électricité dans le quartier. Le maitre d’hôtel nous a apporté une dizaine de grosses chandelles à batterie pour s'éclairer et on a quand même eu un service super. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. »

« The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double.
The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out.
The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure.
The doors to the rooms slammed...

Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Accueil chaleureux. Proximité de commerces et de fast food. Un peu éloigné du centre historique.
