« Pet friendly and easy to park. Cottage is def on the small side but we didn’t spend much time inside, pool is decent, pretty new, only thing is Chincoteague replaced mosquitos by horseflies and this sucks! :) »

« It was our 5 yr Wedding Anniversary, and we had a great trip! Just wish there was a late check out that did not cost extra, many other places we have stayed offered it til noon, and if wanted longer after noon, then there was an additional charge. »

« This place is a gem! Just a convenient eight miles from the town of Cape Charles, this 3 room inn sits on its own private beach in its own little oasis of peace and beauty. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really felt like a guest in someone’s home. I highly recommend the Baywood - the in town properties look very nice but everything is so easily accessible that it’s more than worth it to stay in this off the beaten path spot...

« Very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of beautiful natural light. Conveniently close to town. The property manager replied to phone calls/emails quickly and was polite and professional. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay and would return to this property during future travels. »

« Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. »

« The cottage was perfect. Very clean, extremely well stocked kitchen, linens were nice quality and comfortable, beautiful location, outdoor shower, lots of outdoor space and screened in porch. Will be staying there again for sure. »

« This place is amazing. Celeste is a joy to work with and very accessible during her availability hours. Not only was she great with us, but I could tell she has a good working relationship with the property owner. The only issues we had were QOL. The main television was a bit of a trial to get VUDU/Fandango for after hours when we got home. But Celeste was on top of it the very next morning and arrived at the exact time she quoted. The shower curtain was a bit on the short side for a curved...

« The rental has all the accouterments needed for a family vacation. The porch swing and the deck kept the kids entertained. Views are beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and functional. »

« This property was perfect for our family gathering. The house is beautiful with great views of sunrise and sunset and magnificent stars at night. Kitchen was well appointed. We were also able to take a beautiful walk down to the waters edge every morning and evening. »

« This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and a heartwarming look at lots of ducks and geese as their feathers shimmered in the sunshine. This cozy condo had all the comforts and amenities that my husband and I needed for a weekend get-away....with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. A second bedroom had two twin beds for those that may be traveling with children. Very nicely decorated as well. We will be back! »
