« Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...

« The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients. »

The breakfast provided is fantastic, including eggs from their chickens on the property. Darlene and Dave are fantastic hosts, super personable and absolutely made our stay memorable. « Beautiful and well appointed apartment located on ground floor of a two story townhouse. Owner offered frequent communication and we really enjoyed our stay. A long term Tennant lives upstairs but there is ample privacy and separation between the two apartments, our paths never crossed. »
