« Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

« Communication about transportation was horrible. But everything was clean and food was good. Not all restaurants were open though. »

« Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep. »

« Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote. »

« I stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and this is, so far, my top 1 hotel I've stayed at in Colva. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great! « My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel. »

« Lovely place. Road down to it we thought we had gone wrong but when we got there it was delightful. The staff were amazing. So attentive, kind friendly and smiley. The room was lovely, food was excellent. Adi and manager Sam were great. Highly recommend. »

« Chambre vieillotte, mais globalement propre. La salle de bain beaucoup moins propre, rideau de douche très sale et les murs mériteraient un bon lessivage. La piscine a été inaccessible pendant 4 jours car l'eau avait tourné. La solution a mis du temps à être trouvée... Personnel sympathique mais pas toujours spécialisé dans la tâche qui lui est attribuée... Restaurant: déco tristounette, il serait tellement plus agréable de manger en extérieur dans la partie lounge qui sert peu... Mais agréable...
