« The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. »

« Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote. »

« Thanks to the entire team at Treehouse Nova, our first vacation in India was a wonderful, relaxing time that will remain in our fondest memories! From the very warm welcome, to the well-equipped and well-maintained rooms, the delicious and varied breakfast every day, the super friendly and always helpful staff, the comprehensive chauffeur service for tours, and even the time of departure, we always felt very welcome and at home in this wonderful little hotel. »

« Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. »

« My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel. »
