« I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024. - While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be. - Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking. - Hotel staff are great. Approachable. We'll come back next year. Thank you. »

« The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend...

« Very helpful staff and georgous setting with landscaped gardens. Internally decorated with care and attention to detail. About 90 minute drive from Manila's NAIA airport. »

Plage, chaises longues, parasols, serviettes de plage

« Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs »

« The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »

« Good stay, one of the bigger hotels in the area with own dive shop and restaurant. Friendly staff with good service. Food are nice. »

« Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« Beachfront nice view Staff are excellent helping me bring up my heavy Lauggage aldo bring me around the vicinity sight seeing. »

« Excellent emplacement à mi chemin entre Puerto Galera et Sabang. Beau jardin, bruit du vent et des vagues. Dommages que la plage ne soit pas de sable...ça serait parfait. Bonne cuisine mais un peu chère. Personnel très sympathique comme partout aux Philippines. Internet pas toujours rapide mais c'est le cas partout dans le pays. »

« on se croirait dans un chalet ....c'est très sympathique , bien reçu mais en étant 3 adultes avec un lit d'appoint , c'était un peu juste au niveau de la place et on a voulu nous faire payer l'extra- bed alors que c'était inclus. On a eu une belle chambre donnant sur un beau panorama avec le lac... Hôtel récent , vient d'ouvrir il y a 6 mois »
