« The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions »

« I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. « This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe. »

« séjour sympa. Petit déjeuner et déjeuner correct et bon. repas (plusieurs choix : sandwichs, pâtes, pizza, salades...) piscine et jacuzzi sympa. chambre énorme avec salon. jolie vue de la plage (pas loin 500 mètres). mais difficile de trouver car c'est en plein désert (sans magasins, etc...) c'est vide, c'est très calme, environ à 15 km de l'aéroport de Borg Al Arab.... (50 km d'Alexandrie) faut payer entre 60 à 100 Livres egyptiennes (il faut utiliser Uber pour payer moins cher)... Wifi un...
