« Turned up to check in after a 12hr work shift for the reception staff to tell me that my booking had been cancelled. They explained that I should have received an email. No email received and all my bookings for the Ibis at Swindon are still live. I checked in next door at the Holiday Inn express, she explained that they were fully booked and there are plenty of hotels in Swindon. I asked to see the manager of the HI express and fortunately they managed to get me a room which I had to pay for...

« It's 1:02 in the morning and still the pub is full of drunk, loud people singing at the top of their lungs. Management must be encouraging it since no one has told them to go home. When you have guest rooms, you should practice respect for your guests who are trying to sleep!! Never again will we come here. »
