« I have asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in »

« Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. »

« There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen...

« Property was nice, good and clean. good for a short trip, without too many expectations. Breakfast can be improved. »

« Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. »

« The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms. »

« I booked a night here at the last minute the day of because my original plan was put on hold. I arrived in a stressed out state and was immediately put at ease by the family that runs the place and they went out of their way to check and make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. »

« The place is perfect to stay at the price but only for the water pressure that is way too low as the water heater isn't equipped with a pump even we stayed at the ground floor it doesn't serve any purpose whereas also no security guards at any point to guard the entrance where they just adept with the magnetic door access if anyone were to break in its so easy that you just give it a hard push and it will open or even break the glass where this is no safety at all. »
