« Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security »

« Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. »

« We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The bedsheets were due for renewal as they were far from the white color they were supposed to have and there were marks on them. Also the towels were a bit ripped. The fan is enough as the temperatures don’t climb that high in the highlands. There are many rooms in the building so noise level will depend a lot on who is staying there at the same time. Staff is not super helpful or caring but okay. We also found a cockroach in the room. It was much cheaper than...
