« The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again. »

« Great and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, fittings as expected for an over 100 year old pub.
Strange there was no breakfast options available, noisy refrigeration units on top of cold room near our room meant sleeping with ear plugs in, a sink in the bathroom would be good, otherwise a most enjoyable stay. »

« HORRIBLE!!! Do not book!!!! Never in my life experienced such a terrible situation. Made a booking on the day I needed the stay. Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked. He told me to call...
