« My Name is Jay and I'm Profoundly Deaf , I stayed over night on the 16th of June 2025: Eve , Micheal and all the staff I come in contact with were/are fantastic, friendly, helpful , kind and very accommodating. Being a Profoundly Deaf person , all the staff tried their 100% to communicate with me. I recommend The Grand Hotel Esk to anyone needing a wonderful place to stay , have a fantastic meal and injoy a family friendly atmosphere. Thank-you very much for a 5 star experience .
