« My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

« Nicely appointed property that accommodated our large family with sleeping options. The large porch, many games and the fire pit were a nice plus for the kids. There was one issue that was immediately handled by the property manager. We liked the house even with the hour drive to Bar Harbor. »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seawall Shores. The house had everything! Location is close enough (1 hr drive) to Bar Harbor to easily explore the main part of Acadia, but also very near the Schoodic side entrance (10 mins) and a few local shops, restaurants, and a brewery. Our teens thoroughly enjoyed the game room! « This house was everything that was promised...secluded, well stocked, and very clean. I was particularly happy with the amount of supplies already in the kitchen when I arrived. Every morning I was able to have a hot cup of coffee out on the deck and listen to the water lapping against the rocks. I even had a little seal friend swim up into the cove to say hello. My only word of warning is that the road to the house is unpaved and you really need to take your time driving to and from town....
