« The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens.
