Enjoy a refreshing dip in our brand-new saltwater pool, measuring 18x33 feet with a depth of 54 inches. The pool is open from May 1st to September 21. Please note that it is not heated.

➤ Guests with reservations over 7 days will incur a small extra cleaning fee of $45. Payment will be processed through Airbnb resolutions.
➤ Pet-Friendly Property! We`re happy to welcome your pets, but please note a few additional rules:
● A $125 Pet Fee will be applied per pet.
● We do not accept cats or aggressive dog breeds, as per our insurance policy.
● No more than TWO (2) pets allowed.
● Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, chairs, or beds).
● Please do not use our blankets and towels for pets.
● Please do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
● Clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).
● If your dog sheds a lot, kindly vacuum before you leave.

➣ Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum at all times; sound will travel through the valley if too loud.
➣ No parties allowed
➣ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● Please note that a $225 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, chairs, or beds)
● Please do not use our blankets and towels for your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
● Please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo trash cans are provided)
● If your dog is a big shedder, please vacuum before you leave
● If any pet hair is found on furniture, a minimum $200 upholstery cleaning fee will be charged.
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 7 days will incur a small extra cleaning fee of $45. Payment will be processed through Airbnb resolutions
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. No groups larger than 10 guests without permission.
➣ No children climbing on railings. Children must be supervised at all times outdoors.
➣ Hot tub rules:
● No children under 6 years old in hot tub.
● Do not enter the hot tub if it is not sanitary, advise us immediately so it can be cleaned.
● Shower before entering the hot tub to remove any body oils.
● No alcoholic beverages or food in hot tub.
● Please help us keep the hot tub clean and enjoyable for everyone. A $200 cleaning fee will apply only if it’s left in an excessively dirty condition. If any damage is found, additional charges may be assessed based on the severity.
➣ Pool rules: Enjoy your swim, and thank you for following our splashy guidelines!
● Saltwater pool: Just a heads up: our pool`s a saltwater type. It’s gentle on your skin and eyes, making your swim extra soothing!
● No Diving: Our pool is great for a swim but not deep enough for diving, so please keep it safe and fun with no diving.
● Supervision Required for Children: Little swimmers need an adult buddy. Make sure there`s always an adult supervising the fun.
