Adorable!!!

Everything about this place is so cute! The decor in our room was so cute and the space was used so well. The fresh bread and butter waiting for us was a much appreciated touch. We enjoyed feeding the animals and chatting with one of the owners. Having Hazel (highland cow) join us at our window for breakfast was perfect. We only wish we had stayed another night!

Amazing stay at Grand Ranch

We had the best time staying at the Grand Ranch. It was perfect for our family of 4 and we were able to see and feed the cows, goats, sheep and more with the treats that were provided. My kids favorite part was being able to purchase the small highland cow stuffie that was provided on their beds. They loved every bit of their stay and kept asking why we had to go home. We will definately be staying again!

One of a kind, stunning and perfect for children - I want one for myself!

Brandon & Hollie's property is built with their love and passion and is evident to see. Set in a beautiful location in southern Utah in the most romantic setting with stunning views all around. We booked specifically for the USP of sharing the mini ranch with the animals for our two year old and he absolutely fell in love. He loved feeding the cows in the back yard and playing and stroking the kittens. For the adults we enjoyed the fire pit and the most beautiful property to rest up for a few days on a road trip - our only disappointment is that we didn't book to stay longer we were almost in tears to have to leave and continue our journey. It was beautifully decorated for fall/harvest/Halloween and it is refreshing to see the amount of care and attention the whole family put into this rental. It was just picture perfect for us, in an ideal location for Cedar City to the North and Hurricane and Sand Hollow to the south. It really is awe inspiring and you should have no doubt about booking to experience this little haven. Thank you so much for allowing us to share this vision and dream with you and we hope to return - it blew away our expectations and the communication from the hosts from booking, staying, departing was second to none. Excellent and we really felt part fo your family and home there - thank you.

An Absolutely Grand Ranch

My boyfriend and I loved The Grand Ranch so much that we plan on coming back with more friends next year. The unit was beautiful and so comfortable. Brandon and Hollie are amazing hosts, they’ve put their hearts into this adventure and it shows. I highly recommend this stay. Feeding the cows through your kitchen was a memorable experience and gosh, are they cute. Brandon recommended some great local hikes and they give you everything you need to know in a book when you arrive. Absolutely worth it and an overall wonderful experience. Thank you Brandon and Hollie, for providing us such a great place to celebrate our engagement ❤️

Relaxing stay

This was a great place to stay. It was very relaxing being in a country setting, great setup, love the animals. We had some rain late in the day, but it allowed us to see a double rainbow over the mountain range. It was awesome! We enjoyed everything this little farm had to offer. National Park Getaway

Kids and I spent a week in the farm house with the animals while we split time between Bryce Canyon and Zion. The place was unreal and it was an experience onto itself. The Owner's are super responsive and the place is new and in great condition. It became our home away from home and as much fun as the parks we were able to visit during our stay.

Super fun family farmhouse

We came down to Kanarraville to hike the falls and the narrows in Zion, but the highlight of our trip for the kids may have been staying so close to all the animals. Not everyday you can wake up and have a cow staring at you in the window when you eat breakfast! Awesome experience for these city kids!

This property is perfect. The house is very clean, it’s charming and very well built. They thought of everything! The animals are adorable and a unique experience. We would definitely return! Absolutely Beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave. The property is beautiful and the family are wonderful hosts, helping out with advice about the best places to go. The animals are adorable and inside the cabin everything is so comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Zion Area Cabin with Cute Critters!

Cabin was perfectly appointed and spotless. It was perfect for a family of three or four. We used the cabin as a base camp for trips into Zion, to hike Kanarra Falls, go canyoneering in Monument Canyon, visit Cedar City and more. It was nice to get away from the mass of humanity in Zion and come back to the peace and quiet of the cabin. We loved having the cows and other critters to feed and interact with. They were so friendly and fun to be around. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay on the Ranch

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Grand Ranch, staying here was a highlight of our spring break trip. The place was exactly as advertised, and the interiors were very clean and the host family was exceptionally friendly. This place was one of my favorite vacation homes ever and highly recommended.

Truly wonderful

Our stay was truly wonderful. The property owner was very communicative before checking in. After checking in he was also very helpful. We loved everything about our stay from the cute farmhouse feel to all the loving animals around the property. The house was conveniently located with zion national park and cedar city making it easy to get around. By far the best stay we have ever had anywhere. Thank you for offering this wonderful experience in such a beautiful area. We will definitely be back!

Perfect peaceful stop on our way north

We LOVED our short yet wonderful stay! We highly recommend this rental. It was just the two of us but we are certain that our children would have loved it as well. Very clean. Had everything you would need, plus a guitar! The animals were friendly and fun to spend time with. Hosts were great.

Incredible Stay!

A very relaxing time at the farm. Super nice family. A great central location for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Easy access to anything right at Cedar City. Wonderful farm animals, Goats, Alpaca, Chickens and Mini Highland Cows!

Absolutely amazing!!!

My friends and I had the most amazing experience at the ranch!! It felt like a home away from home! Everything was very clean and inviting. We loved going in the hot tub every night with the great views of the mountains! To say we fell in love with Pippi and Hazel (the cows) would be an understatement! So cool to wake up and feed them from the window, they were the sweetest!! Our host was so extremely nice! He Gave us recommendations and even cleared our car of snow from the winter storm in the morning! They made the stay feel even better! We HIGHLY recommend staying at the Grand Ranch!!!

This house has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Owner was awesome. Really enjoyed the patio area, hot tub and full moon. My wife really enjoyed having coffee and feeding the Highlanders. We would definitely recommend great for weekend getaway

Amazing property!

We have traveled from Washington and stopped along the way on our trip to Az then home. Brandon and Hollie were super accommodating in letting us come stay a day early😎 we enjoyed the gorgeous and homey cabin with a lot of space. We got to know the mini cows and enjoyed the hot tub and star filled skis! Memorable!! A great experience!

Great Adventure!

What a great adventure for those looking for one! After spending a few nights in Vegas for business, our family of 4 ventured on to the second leg of our trip, the vacation part. We had wanted to stay somewhere that wasn’t congested with tourists and noise. This was perfect! We stayed in the camper for 2 nights. It is parked right on the owner’s property but also is private and the view goes on and on. We were hoping for a great family vacation and got just that. Days were spent hiking and evenings my kids spent every moment with the animals on the farm. The camper was spacious. The master bed was comfortable. Everything was in order and worked nicely. If there was anything to recommend, it might be including a blow dryer. I know this is an unnecessary item for most who camp and I got along fine without. We also loved the quaint town of Kanarraville. There is a place called The Snackery that was open during our July visit and we loved the kind staff as they would refill our water bottles before and after our hikes (of course we ordered foods each time we visited). We loved their delicious hot dogs and tasty ice cream! We also had dinner both nights at the local Linski’s Grill and Hotel, which serves a decent casual menu. We all ordered burgers and fries. It was nice having a place to eat so close by that was both inexpensive and didn’t require a change of clothes and shower in order to feel comfortable to enter. This family vacation was another favorite for the books! Thank you!

The best place to stay!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed staying here. Our kids (7 and under) had so much fun feeding the goats and cows and just playing in the property. It was everything we needed and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
