« We chose this property due to its central location that allowed us to enjoy the oceanfront within a 5 minute walk and the VIBE Arts district just steps from the front (or back) door. Location was also a short drive to the Virginia Aquarium, First Landing State Park, & Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife refuge. Our family of 3 stayed 4 nights. Loved exploring the eateries, shops, and art of the VIBE district by foot...not to mention the brewery across the street! Loved walking to oceanfront for early AM...

« Très bien situé, près de la plage et autres activités! Très bien beaucoup d’espace. Seul bémol les matelas un peu mou et petite et oreillers un peu trop molles! Mais dans l’ensemble excellent!! »

« The place was great. The host was great. We were in town for a sporting event at convention center, which was walking distance, but we took advantage of what the town had to offer. Beach, playgrounds, unique shopping, food trucks, markets , restaurants, fishing …. All so very close. Wishing it was available for next months event! Maybe next year. Enjoy »

« Nous avons bien aimé l’endroit et la disponibilité du stationnement. L’établissement est situé à environ 10 min de marche de la plage. Il serait bien de nettoyer les tapis au deuxième étage car ils ont besoin d’un bon nettoyage. Mais mis à part les tapis le reste étaient très propre et je recommande cet endroit. P.S. pour aller à la plage apporter un chariot pour le transport. »

The property manager was very communicative and provided a link to a guest portal to easily access need to know information throughout our stay. The location is very noisy, however, with street traffic at all hours. It didn’t bother us, but something worth considering. »

« Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces. »

« The place was absolutely perfect. It was FULLY stocked when we arrived, you basically only need to bring your clothes and that’s it. John was very helpful and answered all my questions very promptly. We stayed for two weeks with our two dogs and the yard was perfect for them. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is about a 10 mins drive to the beach and all the attractions. We really had the best time and are very sad to leave..!
