Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could require. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious which would be a bonus for larger parties. « This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). « My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s townhome. It was very clean and well appointed. It has a small spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a very short ceiling that my husband used for working. The location is terrific…just 5 minutes from West Beach with numerous restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect for a couple on a Santa Barbara getaway! »

« We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs.
