My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. « Nice location. Bathroom was good size. Neighbors above us were a bit noisy however and parking was difficult on Friday afternoon. We didn’t spend much time inside, but house was in a great location for walking into town, courthouse or a good bike ride to the harbor. »

« The location of this property was the main reason we chose it, nice and close to the beach. It was clean, but floors were unlevel, especially in the bedroom where the head of the bed seemed lower than the foot of the bed. And there was a 10 digit code to unlock/ lock the door to the room which was very cumbersome /bothersome every time we left and came back. Not sure we would stay here again as the cons probably outweighed the pros. »

It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless.
