« We were 6 adults spending 2 weeks in this house in August 2022 and the evaluation should have been at 5 stars because the view is amazing, the house is great with spacious rooms, very well located, quite with beaches within a 10 minutes driving distance and Pelekas village, probably the most living and beautiful small village of the island. However, we faced a lot of issues during our stay, then the evaluation is more 3 stars than 5. No water when we arrived (fixed in few hours) Bedrom...

« First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). Kitchen well equipped but broken covers here and there, light bulbs defective. In the lower garden broken furniture, abandoned construction material is just left visible to...

« I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed...

« Idéalement placé a mi-chemin entre la capitale et le nord (Cassiopi), super vue, Chambre climatisée et wifi. Dinos très serviable à toute heure. Maison bien équipée orientée sud est. On se gare sur la route côtière, on descend 200m et c'est la plage, ou on monte 55 marches (faciles) et on a la maison avec la vue..... tout bien donc.... Plusieurs excellent restos a quelques dizaines de mètres... »

« Une maison très bien située près de la plage, proche du centre de Kassioppi. Piscine, barbecue, rien ne manque pour passer des superbes vacances. Si jamais il manquait quelque chose, il y a Allan qui s’occupe de vous et qui est toujours disponible. Adorable. Cet endroit est parfait pour se reposer et vivre facile . Un vrai bonheur !!! « Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub. »

« Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free. »

« Le jour de notre arrivée : - clef n'est pas à l'endroit indiqué sur notre récapitulatif de réservation (sur porte ou sous tapis) Le propriétaire ignorait notre réservation. Il a pu venir rapidement mais le logement n'était pas prêt. Deux personnes sont restées 2 h préparer le logement (bruit du souffleur notamment) Une autre personne est venue sans prévenir plus tard dans la soirée pour nettoyer la piscine, et encore une autre le lendemain. « Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa de Lorraine et Geoff. Villa tout confort très paisible au milieu des oliviers. A partir de laquelle nous avons pu partir à la découverte de Corfou. Encore merci aux propriétaires qui ont été très attentionnés durant tout le séjour. »

« Wir waren total begeistert, die Villa ist ein Traum, sauber ordentlich total nette Besitzer. Fünf Sterne reichen nicht mindestens zehn. « The apartment is perfect for a visit to Corfu. It has comfy beds, a roof terrace and AC. Very close by is a super secluded beach with beautiful water. We rented a car and explored the island. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, as was the booking process and checkin. »

« The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. We watched the sun set in the ocean from the main balcony. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, with BBQ, oven, dishwasher, toilet...

« Lovely property with great views , lovely swimming pool and balcony, has parking space ample tables and chairs. It is approximately a 15 minute fairly steep walk from the main road and well stocked supermarket with car hire . »

« Séjour d'une semaine au mois d'octobre. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité. Mais attention, l'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une route passante. On n'entend pas le bruit mais elle est peu agréable pour circuler quand on est piéton. »

« We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it! The staff were so lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The room was amazing and had everything we needed and was very modern and clean. There was a bus stop to and from the airport right outside the hotel and was a 5 minute walk to the old town but there was also loads of shops and cafes around it too. We had the best experience here and will definitely book this hotel again when we next come to Corfu! »
