« Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much). »

Our host was always prompt with her communications and told us everything we needed to think about to enhance our stay. I would definitely request to stay here again if the opportunity arises. »

« This is a beautiful property, with decks overlooking the Salish Sea on all 3 levels. Very quiet, with only harbor seals and river otters to be seen. The stairway down from the parking location to the house entrance was well worthwhile for such a wonderfully situated house! »

« We had a great stay at Emma + Ro’s place. The property is definitely on a beautiful setting. Communication with them went smoothly. The house absolutely has character and charm. It could use a little love when it comes to the cleaning. Windows had face (I am assuming a small human) and fingers prints all over them and there are cobwebs in pretty much every room. Overall things just looked a little dusty. These are not reasons to not stay as we didn’t feel like it affected our stay at all. Just...

« We had an absolutely amazing time with the view and all of the great amenities the house had to offer. We found ourselves staying in more than going out! « We loved our stay on Orcas Island. This rental was nicely located. Close to Eastsound for groceries and shopping, and even closer to Moran for lots of gorgeous hiking! The house was well-appointed and had everything you need. It is a professional property manager, so they are easy to reach and very responsive. »

« Although by no means 'fancy' digs, the house and its furnishings were perfectly comfortable and ideal for our group of six. It was a 5-8 min walk to the center of town, so convenient to all activities. We didn't do any cooking so can't speak to the adequacy of the kitchen furnishings, but you do need to provide your own coffee. Simple, reasonably priced accommodations in a beautiful location. »

« Out of all of the places that I rented this is the one where the pictures just do not do it justice! The place is amazing and so cool!! It’s much bigger than I thought and more breath taking than we can imagine! All amenities are included , wifi was awesome and such a private stay! If I could give a 10 star I would !! We only stayed a couple of days but you could stay much longer and be happy! The experience and pictures make it so worth it!! »
