« Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Not walkable to downtown Bellingham, if that’s what you’re looking for. It was nice to be able to come back to someplace away from all of that. Also great location to explore the area-Chuckanut drive is very close by and a wonderful way to spend a day! »

« We live within 2 hours of Birch Bay and chose this cute little studio for a weekend break. Close to the beach and downtown, with more amenities than we could have imagined. Clean and beautiful, with the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! We truly enjoyed our down time in Birch Bay! »

« The studio and lake were just amazing. The studio was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (including extra blankets). It was obvious that Rosetta and her family cherish their getaway and want their guests to as well. The lake is gorgeous and we were lucky to see a pair of bald eagles a couple times, which was an amazing bonus. We echo other reviews of this place - it was cozy, very well set up with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, rest well, relax. « We were in Bellingham for the weekend - so some of us were mountain biking at Galbrath and in town. The place was close to trails lakes, and town, but in trees and quiet. There was a nice pool table downstairs and the kitchen is well stocked, with every detail covered to head out for the day. The host was super helpful when we had questions. « We were on orcas only for one night Mother’s Day weekend. The space was beautiful and comfortable and clean with great light. Jodi was a lovely host. We especially loved listening to the birds in the morning. The place is an 18 minute drive from town and is quite secluded. There is a lovely view. Anyone staying there should just keep in mind that the kitchen is more of a kitchenette. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and toaster oven and coffee maker, but no stove so you can warm food...

« Out of all of the places that I rented this is the one where the pictures just do not do it justice! The place is amazing and so cool!! It’s much bigger than I thought and more breath taking than we can imagine! All amenities are included , wifi was awesome and such a private stay! If I could give a 10 star I would !! « This home had everything necessary. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Better than some hotels! The towels were super soft, the toiletries provided were of high end brand (Gilchrist and Soames), and the extra blankets were nice to have. The view was beautiful and there was a cute little beach one could walk to. We were able to cook and grill - the kitchen was well-supplied. I think the smaller pan could be replaced, but other than that I don't have any recommendations....
