« Charming, clean, perfect location, wonderful hosts. Definitely the best property of its kind where we have ever stayed. Only one caveat…if you have trouble with stairs, especially semi-spiral, you might want to rethink staying here. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and stairs are a bit steep and narrow with a sharp turn. Other than that, it is perfect. »

« The multi-level home was beautiful. Clearly much care was taken in all the choices for guests. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, only lacking a variety of spices. We had a fire in the fire place daily and listened to the waves of the lake from our room. We thoroughly enjoyed the get-away and will come back in the future. »

« Paddle North Retreat was everything & more we'd hoped for. We had 2 couple from the twin cities & 2 couple from Canada. Duluth was a good 1/2 way point & this big house was the perfect place for 8! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook all our meals. The large dining room table was perfect for all the games we played. The bedrooms were amazing! The host was super attentive and responded to my questions right away. I would recommend Paddle North Retreat over and over again! »
