The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. »

« I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). The beds were comfortable and the room AC excellent at controlling room...
