« I had to go by brand new sheets to lay down because the sheets had spots in it in the master bedroom. The covers had cookie crust on it like someone was eating on top of the blankets and they didn’t wash them. I submitted pictures, but still did not get accommodated. »

« Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. « Overall very good stay South beach is very expansive so you will want a functional kitchen to make it through with a family. The amenities are clean and new. The place is not luxurious but clean enough and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Easy access , easy communication with the owner. It’s not a 5 stars hotel but it’s a very decent home away from home. I recommend it. »

« Great location, clean place and fantastic view. We were on 2 weeks family vacation and everyone had a good time. This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. « We enjoyed our night at the beachside bungalow! The bed was super comfortable and the temperature inside the apartment was perfect. I really enjoyed the outdoor features, which allowed me to work remotely with a beautiful view! The only strange things we noticed was a lack of light switches and outlets in relation to the bed. The indoor astroturf was also not the coziest feature, but definitely aligned with the unique theming. »
