« A great little find close to so many destinations. We were able to go to Clearwater, St. Petes, and Tampa because it was so centrally located. A super safe area with lots of stores close by. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry right in the apartment was so convenient. It's close to the pool also. Communication with the owner was so easy. The bedrooms are a very good size. Great value for what you get. »

My four stars on location is just because I am an avid biker and some rental companies would not deliver to this location. « Had an amazing experience in this beautifully appointed condo! It had everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys. Beds were very comfortable and the location near the intracoastal was close to everything you need. We loved taking in sunsets at Indian Rocks beach and made good use of one of two pools in the complex. Thanks for sharing your property with us! »

« Communication was easy and accessable at all times. Excellent accommodations, including 2 fabulous pools, multiple grills, pickleball courts, tennis courts and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful views. This property was close and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and McGough park. « Condominium complex was very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The neighbors are super friendly and there are so many places to walk and ride your bike. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had is that bicycle theft is common and we had to bring our bikes inside at night which meant walking them up one flight of stairs.
