Bien que nous ayons eu une chambre sans balcon contrairement à nos amis qui avaient une jolie vue avec un petit balcon. Établissement relativement long à rendre la caution puisque 10 jours plus tard nous n'avons toujours rien. »

I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »

« Ça fait 10 ans que je viens a Signature et c’est toujours aussi bien .. le seul bémol c est que ça vieillit et que les chambres sont vieilles et pas renouvelées …. Il manque des ampoules .. les vasques se bouchent… le broyeur fuit … les portes sont sales…la moquette usée jusqu’au bout… »

« The good: Sofa bad was super-comfy for kids (which is generally rare). Easy inside walk to Bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria. Now the bad: We ordered wine at a table in the bar on the lobby floor during non-busy time around 11pm, but we were NOT served for 20 minutes or so, so we had to leave and find another place. My advice is to go to a barman directly, and do not order anything from waiters there. »

« I have stayed at another Strip View property and that experience was great, not so much this time- I booked a 2 bedroom and ended up with separate rooms Yes across the hall but when traveling with kids not ideal. Also this unit 23320/23322 was definitely showing its age, as well as broken fridge/not clean freezer/dishes etc. if you are under 21 you need an adult at the pool. My 17 year old daughter wasn’t thrilled. »

« Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!! »

« We loved our stay! The property manager was very prompt in answering my questions and even very helpful when I had to change the dates. We had a rental car and it was extremely helpful to have free parking and valet service. We had a great view of the Sphere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. »

However I was not able to use MyVEGAS.com rewards over at MGM because of this being a Vrbo and from what I was told at the rewards desk, is that this property is really not affiliated with MGM Grand. Also their pool made me throw away a brand new unopened bottle of 7up because they claim there’s no outside food or beverages allowed. « Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here! »
