« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. « Joe's condo was perfect for our trip to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, which is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the strip for easy walking. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk. « The condo was perfect. We were a group of two friends, so one of us slept on the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy) and the other slept in the bedroom. Views from the balcony were incredible, the valet service was prompt and helpful, and the pool was luxurious. Short 5 minute walk to the MGM Grand, w/ access to their sprawling pool complex and the monorail. All in all, a class act...if I were to return to Vegas, I'd book this place again in a second. « Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here! »

Bien que nous ayons eu une chambre sans balcon contrairement à nos amis qui avaient une jolie vue avec un petit balcon. Établissement relativement long à rendre la caution puisque 10 jours plus tard nous n'avons toujours rien. »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
