« We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight. »

« The place was clean and centrally located. Grocery is located across from a nice market and not far from the old downtown art gallery region. »

« Two couples in their late seventies/early eighties were looking for a place to spend a couple of days as they transitioned from a European cruise to home. The condo was perfect for our needs. The only surprise was the unit is on the second floor and no elevator. We left our main, heavier luggage in the car. »

« My experience staying here could not have been better. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. « The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair. »
