« We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight. »

« The place was clean and centrally located. Grocery is located across from a nice market and not far from the old downtown art gallery region. »

« This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return. »

« It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. »

« We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that. »

« The condo was exactly as described. Large wrap around covered deck overlooking a small lake. The lake has a walking path for owners/guests. There is a small fishing platform however we didnt use it. Location was very quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend this vacation rental! »
