chambre la plus bruyante possible au-dessus des bar (289) à éviter absolument. Beaucoup de jour. parking de l'hotel beaucoup trop étroit et impossible à manoeuvrer; l'hotesse d'accueil aurait dû nous indiquer dès le début de ne pas descendre. seule la décoration est sympa, un peu à la Austin Power

2 nuits dans une chambre pour handicapé
Je suis client de votre compagnie depuis de nombreuses années et vous informe que je ne suis pas du tout content de mon séjour dans cet hotel car je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre spécialement conçu pour handicapé alors que je suis en bonne santé pour un prix de 200 euro la nuit. De plus ma fille m'accompagnant a été choqué de dormir dans une chambre pour handicapé et m'a demandé si j'étais considéré comme handicapé. C'est vraiment beaucoup trop cher! Je me suis plains à la direction de l'hôtel mais il dise que c'est de la faute à Hotels.com et ne peuve rien faire! La direction m'a dit que cette chambre ne devrait pas être loué à 200 euro mais beaucoup moins. De plus, le lavabo était bouché par des cheveux, ce que j'ai signalé à la direction mais la femme de chambre n'a rien débouché. Par ailleurs, pour me laver dans ce lavabo, nous avons du nous agenouiller, ce n'est vraiment pas sérieux. Par ailleurs, nous n'avons même pas pu entrouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la pièce, elle est verrouiller, donc manque d'oxygène dans la pièce. Bref, un week end et un hotel à oublier au plus vite. Moi qui voulait faire plaisir à ma fille en prenant un hotel 4 étoiles à 200 euro par nuit, et bien je ne savais pas quoi lui dire. En conclusion, je vous demande de bien vouloir prendre acte de ces dires et de me dédommager pour ces 2 nuits. Si vous ne trouvez pas un arrangement, je ne passerait plus par vous et vous ferez une publicité sur tous les site de référencement d'hotels.

The room type reserved was an Accessible room, so that was what we had booked in the system. I am so sorry to read that you were really disappointed with this room. We were also fully booked at the time you informed us that you didn't like the layout of the room so unfortunately we couldn't offer you another option at the time. Interactions with reception staff didn't really feel friendly and welcoming. The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but feels more like a 3. Our room was very warm, the AC didn't really work and windows don't open - reception said they'd changed settings to make the AC work, but it didn't have much effect at all.

Very nice hotel, in a splendid location. Our room was big, quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice, too. (In the café which is part of the hotel and also open to the public.) Breakfast is cooked to order. We had very nicely cooked scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. We certainly hope to stay there again.

Stayed here quite a few times over the years, always great, staff are helpful and friendly, location is brilliant super central but still get a quiet night sleep! Rooms are fun and the coffee shop downstairs is great too!

Great stay - standard double room Location is fantastic came to Brighton To celebrate a birthday - right in the heart of it all and in walking distances of the main areas Room was overall clean but looking slightly weathered in areas chip desk and carpet stains but nothing major Bed and pillows were comfy Only thing we missed was a wardrobe and lacking areas to hang clothes for two people Safe didn’t work

Unfortunately the hotel was incredibly noisy, poor sound proofing meant we were left with disturbed by local bars until 3am. Hotel otherwise was ok, rooms were clean but just feeling a little tired. Breakfast was great and the highlight of the stay. We won’t return because of the location and noise issues.

The most useful front desk ever, especially in the morning. The 5th hotel I've stayed in recently in the area. Quickly got me a professional cab to the office, managed to get them to wait for me, breakfast was super healthy and bistro quality, nice matcha and fresh juice in it. The staff are efficient, quick and professional. I managed to get to the office super early. Other hotels didn't manage to get me a cab in time in the area. The cab is the best in Brighton. Other hotels managed to get me the worst cabs ever. It was VIP service at this hotel, very business appropriate. Thank you for the hard work you put in. Nice location as it's nextdoor to the pavillion. I'm usually super snobby about focusing on the best poshest fanciest hotels. There are upmarket hotels in the marina and waterfront but none have classy staff as this hotel here, I'd come again just for that, as I'm always in a hurry otherwise and the staff here were smooth.

Good visit, would prefer restaurant inhouse, issue with cocktail bar. Sat there for at least 10 minutes, I was only customer and barman ignored me so I walked out!

I loved my stay at My Brighton. The hotel was clean, aesthetically appealing, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind, and the cafe downstairs had great service and delicious food. I especially loved the hotel's website which included recommendations around Brighton.

During our visit I had found that one window in our room had a large crack in going from top to bottom. This resulted in our rooms temperature going down and being cold throughout the night. I had not noticed the crack as it was covered up by the blind being down on arrival otherwise I would have complained at the time. I found this fault in the morning when raising the blinds.

Quirky little hotel in the centre of Brighton!
We booked this hotel last minute for a short trip and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was quirky, we liked the unusual contemporary style and the open bathroom was definitely different. Nice and quiet despite being on a fairly busy street. All the essentials were provided, comfy bed and great service from main reception. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was very good and there’s a lovely little bar downstairs too. No complaints. Great location and good value for money!

Very unique in decor… reminiscent of Asian deities and a big EGG motif prevalent. The bed was comfortable and the night was largely indisturbed.
