Know before you book

  • Children 1 and younger are complimentary.
  • Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability.
  • Hours of operation are 6 AM–10:30 PM daily.
  • This lounge is located in Terminal 3.
  • Maximum group size is 7 people. If your group size is for 8 or more travellers, the lounge must authorise your booking, before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Holiday Extras will contact you within 7 days of booking to confirm your entry time to the lounge. Entry time must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

It was my first time in this lounge and I thought the size was brilliant, the food and selection was great and the process of getting in was easy. Just a couple of negatives, quite warm and people not using tongs provided and not being told.

Nice relaxing lounge although dome of the food choices were a little obscure. The lounge ran out of cutlery and glasses but they were replaced fairly quickly, nice relaxing way to end your holiday away from the huddle and huddle of the main airport

the availability of food and drink and comfort of the seating was fantastic. However, the staff on the reception area were quite rude and it took over 1 hour for the cleaner to come and remove any glasses/plates from our table

I have used this facility for the last 6 years and every time it is never a straight forward , hello check of the papers and a warm welcome. Such a shame as the facility is really good and the changes are a big improvement

The relaxing atmosphere was very welcome especially for one of our party who is a nervous flyer. The system for booking the lounge in advance is confused by the use of agents and sub-agents with reference numbers that are not recognised. In fairness the staff on the lounge reception eventually managed to figure it out but it did cause a certain amount of stress. The range of food and drinks was adequate but there were small gaps in the provision of some items
