Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property description was the opposite of what was offered. There was a "Stop Work Order" on the front window. The carpets were stained. There were random pairs of shoes in the front closet. The odor of stale cigarette smoke throughout. The bedrooms had mattresses thrown down with dirty linens. This property was a flophouse. I tried to contact the property manager who agreed to a refund, but he has not delivered or returned any of my messages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THE OWNER.
