Beautiful Villa with swimming pool surrounded by the vineyards of the Panizzi estate, where the famous Vernaccia is produced.
The villa, equipped with all comforts, is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is the equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher), on the first floor also accessible by an external staircase is a large lounge around which there are 3 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom with ensuite shower and equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor patio, equipped for outdoor dining, enjoying the typical Tuscan landscape. Beyond the patio there is a lawn shaded by trees, while the large swimming pool is located on the opposite side, a stone's throw from the building.
San Gimignano is located less than 2 km away, easily accessible by the more sporty!

Peaceful setting just out of town
Very spacious, quiet, modern and clean house outside of town. 5-10 min drive back in to town which is a great distance to get away from the crowds. Lots of entertaining areas, great pool and friendly team to check us in. Could use a few more little touches like coffee, laundry detergent and some local wine (!) etc to make it even easier to settle in.
