Trouble free stay
This rental was in a great location for our needs, and the price was excellent. The hosts were unobtrusive but kept in contact with us and let us know they were available if needed. This rental is in back of a house with a long-term tenant, but that was no problem, we didn't ever even see the tenants.The unit was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is OK, not upscale but not terrible either; we felt safe and chose this rental because it was close to where we needed to go. It's within easy driving distance of lots of retail and just a few blocks from Interstate 17. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts and perfect apartment for what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. We didn’t receive the checkin instructions due to an Expedia - VRBO but was remedied very quickly and professionally. Hosts were very polite and quick to respond and gave us some great starter information. Thanks you! glitch

The hosts were great. Quick responses to any type of questions. Place is very clean, its quiet , and has everything you would need for a couple or solo traveler. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the appliances and utensils. Highly recommend it. We would go back in a second.

Little red Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the Redbrick Cottage. The house was clean, modern, and quiet. The hosts were kind and very knowledgeable of the area. They made excellent suggestions for restaurants and stores near by. We would definitely stay there again!

Greg and I had a wonderful stay in Phoenix. It was 119 degrees in Phoenix but our stay was so comfortable at 72 degrees inside. Everything you need was available and the hosts were so gracious. Great value and easy check in close to the Diamondback’s stadium. Highly recommended.

GCU graduate get away!
This was the perfect little place for my best friend & I to stay on a weekend getaway for my graduation ceremony. The owners were very polite! They checked in each day to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating when I requested to shorten my trip by 2 days due to health complications with my friends father and wanting to get home sooner. The location of the house was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do. If you want a good breakfast you place, I recommend Snooze (they have PANCAKE FLIGHTS) & the best morning cocktails. For authentic Mexican, I recommend Los Beto (it’s a super hole in the wall place but the food is AMAZING and the portion size is totally worth the price). For the best margarita, I recommend the strawberry rhubarb margarita from Modern Margarita.

A great place to stay near GCU!
We had a great stay at the Redbrick Cottage! We were in town for GCU’s graduation and it was close by in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful and we highly recommend staying with them!

Perfect place!
The Redbrick Cottage was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was close to the studio, it was well-appointed with a full kitchen and a comfortable living room, WiFi, TV, and shower. The bedroom included a very comfortable bed and a good closet. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, with plenty of local recommendations. I expect to come back to Phoenix and hope this property is available for my next trip!

Nice little house
Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and tidy little house, friendly tenants in front house. The landlords were very nice and checked in with us via email and provided a list of nearby restaurants, etc., which was very helpful.

Great Red Brick Cottage
I love this place, it’s my second time staying here. Kevin and Dan are such nice people. The cottage is like an escape from home. Phoenix has grown so big come to the cottage and it’s like being back home shut the door and it’s quiet. I’ll be here next year.

The communication with the owners and ease of check in was superior. They were very helpful in guiding us to restaurants in the area, etc. The property completely met our needs. The only suggestion to the owners would be to update the bed. All else was very adequate.

Very happy with our stay
We had a very nice stay. We would highly recommend this Charming Redbrick Cottage. Kevin & Dan were very easy to communicate with. Only recommendation would be a new mattress. It sinks into the middle. So when you are laying on one side of the bed you lay at an angle. Other than that no complaints. We would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

This place had everything we needed and more. All we really needed was a place to shower and sleep, as usual we stopped and got waters before our check-in but we got to the cottage and the refrigerator had built in water and ice! The cottage has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to separate living room and bedroom, I'm glad I decided to give vrbo a try. This was my first time using vrbo and this cottage was way better than a hotel!

We were in town for a few days and decided to book this space. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were kind and responsive. My only concern was that the bedroom did not really cool down and I was a little hot even with the fan. Everything else was perfect and would consider staying again.

Wonderful little guest home...
This Redbrick Cottage was truly 'Home Away From Home' for my month of March. It has all you need, beautifully reno'ed, comfortable living room with a great TV package, yes Netflix which was truly a bonus during the "isolation" period, and a comfy bed. Washer and dryer was another bonus. Quiet location close to grocery stores and five minutes away from a golf course which suited me fine. Kevin and Dan are great hosts and go out of their way in making sure you're comfortable and all your needs are met. Thanks Kevin and Dan. I look forward to next year.

Bruce was an absolutely excellent guest! Dan and I couldn't have asked for a better guests. He was respectful of the property and left it just like it was when he arrived. In all the time Dan and I have done VRBO never has a property been left as clean as when Bruce stayed with us. Kevin & Dan have a fantastic place. It is well furnished,and very nice. We couldn't of asked for a nicer place, the neighborhood was quiet, hardly any traffic.
