"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Savusavu, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The climb really isn’t bad at all (6 minutes tops) and the breathtaking views that await you are absolutely worth every step. Logically, if you have a weak knee or are late-stage pregnant, I would recommend a taxi but it was a welcomed bit of exercise for me since I just jumped in the plunge pool once I arrived. There are a few local restaurants near by, which kept us satisfied for the 5 days we were there, but we also had a kitchenette, which was nice, although we didn’t use it like we had planned with the proximity of restaurants. Port Denarau is just a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of eating options, supermarket, atms, clothing shops. We had a one bedroom apartment, full size fridge, gas cooking,, well equipped kitchen.
