Amazing in every way. Only negative isn’t their fault, and that’s people smoking outside below the building. 5/5 and I’ll stay at Bob W locations wherever they are if I am in that city. Cheers Bob!

The property manager was unreasonable. I booked 3 nites, only stayed 2 and would not refund the nite mot stayed. Last time I will use Clarion and Expedia since each blamed the other for not being able to address the issue.

Hotel and staff were lovely but the area was very noisy especially the karaoke across the road, at 2am!!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the waterfront, the train station, and dining options. The room was large (sleeper sofa + king bed) and clean. I would recommend staying here. My only complaint is that it was kind of loud - someone was having a party later at night and people were in the courtyard and were loud late at night as well. Excellent communication by the landlord.
