"The Fishing Bear Lodge is a very good option in this area. The motel was clean and comfortable. Ashton is quiet. We were headed to West Yellowstone, which is quite a bit more expensive."

"Family teepee was a good size, clean and well stocked with blankets. Staff was great and the bonfire with smores was fun. Cornhole, tether ball and swings were fun. Restrooms and showers were clean and there were a good number of them. Great experience!"

"Lovely little cabin, very peaceful. Short walk to convenience store with grill for lunch & dinner and food truck on property for breakfast & lunch (we did not try). Self check-in was easy; good communication. The space is small, but there were four of us and we did fine. You just can’t strew your stuff around. Nice bench on the porch to enjoy the fresh air. "

"Beautiful individual cabins with a fully equipped kitchen. The included breakfast was a big advantage to helping us get going faster in the morning. The extra bathrooms by the office was a plus since we were a family of 6 sharing one bathroom. The only thing was access to the beds in the loft were difficult because of the size of the steps and the loft was a lot shorter than it looked in the picture, so once you got up there, it was hard to move around. You could not beat the proximity to the Yellowstone west entrance and the town is adorable. The cabins and grounds are beautiful and continuously being maintained. The gentleman handling the breakfast was exceptionally nice and social with all the guests, making for a very welcoming feeling. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families alike."
