The most wonderful hotel. The staff were super helpful & welcoming.
The arrival to and in the hotel is so well maintained, clean and smells incredible.
The beds/linen/pillows are THE best I’ve ever slept on!
Shower & amenities are excellent. There is the usual resort fee, whilst I’ll continue to dislike these, this hotel offers 1 x free breakfast (unsure why not 2, or actually how many people are in the room) or you can switch this to x 2 (these is far more reasonable) house drinks at the bar.
Overall, Great location and I genuinely can’t fault a single thing about this hotel.

this was my first time in New York and i loved it mainly because of the location of this hotel. the subway was a short walk away to get to the main stations, plus the shops around are great and easy to get to just by exploring. this hotel is near hudson yards which was beautiful too!!
