This modern house is situated in the Palermo district, close to Balestrate which has a population of around 6,000 people and is well know for its golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Only 55 minutes by car from Palermo Airport making this a great location for your Sicilian stay where you can explore this beautiful island!!

The house sleeps up to 5 people, is close to the popular seaside resort Belestrate. Th house is surrounded by a lawned garden with private swimming pool, shrubs and flowers. The villa is designed in a meditteranena style and has two levels.

GROUND LEVEL
From the terrace, opens to a bright spacious living room with sea and pool views with comfortable sofa, T.V , dining area with table and chairs, kitchen area with breakfast bar, oven, hob,fridge freezer. Bathroom with shower. Staircase to the first level from the open living area. Doors leading to the terrace.

FIRST LEVEL
This level comprises of 3 bedrooms, one double, a master bedroom with terrace and one single bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE
Garden with swimming pool and terrace with with roman steps leading to the water and sunbeds. Surrounded with lawned area, plants and shrubs. Covered porch with dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining!! To the side of the house an outdoor kitchen corner and barbacue area.
