Déception sur les plages
Réception et départ parfaitement organisés. Le studio est parfait, la literie excellente et surtout la vue, grande baie vitrée sol plafond sur les Sanguinaires et jardin est extraordinaire. La résidence Maxime où se situe le bien est flanquée de deux plages décevantes ; mélange de gravier grossier, de morceaux de béton et de fers (danger de blessure) en provenance de l’extension en cours de l’immeuble qui rejette ses gravois liés à la construction. On peut espérer pour l’été prochain la fin de ces travaux et le nettoyage de ces deux plages.

Superbe situation
L’appartement est très propre et équipé d’appareils électroménagers de qualité.Très bonne literie.L’emplacement est superbe avec vue mer et sur les îles sanguinaires. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Un nid de calme au bord de mer dans un site de rêve
Ce studio, parfait pour un couple amoureux de la mer est parfaitement équipé. La grande baie vitrée qui donne sur la mer permet de suivre le parcours de la lune les nuits de beau temps. Il est parfaitement situé pour les personnes qui aiment nager mais, pour une personne débutante en nage il est un peu moins approprié....Une caractéristique spécifique qui le rend UNIQUE EN SON GENRE est qu'il est situé en contrebas de l'avenue qui longe la mer. De ce fait on y est complètement à l'abri des bruits du traffic routier. Enfin, au moindre problème pendant le séjour on est chaleureusement secouru....Mille mercis

Un excellent rapport luxe qualité prix.....
C'est vrai le luxe les pieds dans l'eau avec une excellente organisation pour votre arrivée... Un appartement charmant, merveilleusement bien placé très propre, on se croit sur un bateau !!! Et le top il n'y a que la mer devant pas de voitures pas de motos...pas de route ! Les draps, les serviettes,la nappe , sont fournie façon hôtel 4 * Je me permet de revenir sur un commentaire précédent 3* qui a faillit m'induire en erreur, le canapé est vraiment un vrai lit simple en 90 de large, le passage le soir ne sont que des enfants qui ont entre 4 et 10 ans et qui jouent sur la pelouse devant la mer, de plus si on ferme la chambre pour de l'intimité on ne voit plus la mer Effectivement il me semble difficile pour le propriétaire dans sa description de dire que les câlins doivent être discret sinon on réveille le petit qui dort a proximité.... Quand on est 3 ou 4 et que la priorité est l'ambiance de la grande bleu on fait des câlins discrets ou on choisis un appartement plus spacieux moins bien placé et plus cher ! Je finirai par dire que vous allez payer le même prix qu'un bungalow au camping en normandie en bord de mer.... Voila a bon entendeur salut, que cet avis vous serve a prendre la bonne décision ,en tous cas j'ai qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner Encore merci a karl pour son professionnalisme et au propriétaire !
