not convenient after all...
Not a bad hotel, however guest services mixed up our room with another and graced us with a 3AM wakeup call... which we most certainly did NOT request! After finally sorting that out, when we did leave a few hours later to return to the airport terminals via the trains, we also discovered the hilton staff had posted (and then confirmed) wrong information regarding the schedules of the trains, and we could have enjoyed an additional hour of sleep ahead of a long plane trip... Overall, not likely somewhere we will stay again, even if it is convenient to the heathrow terminals.
